Our Cortland office has moved to a brand-new facility in Whitney Point, New York! It’s located about 25 minutes southeast of Cortland. Whitney Point is a quaint, historic village, known for being a stop on the Underground Railroad, the manufacturing of the Whitney Automobile, and more. Historic buildings like the Hotel Griffin, home of Aiello’s Restaurant and the Oakland Hotel, where Sparky’s Pub and Grill resides, add to its small-town charm.

The village of Whitney Point is in the town of Triangle in northern Broome Country at the junction of the Tioughnioga and Otselic Rivers. Residents enjoy nature and many recreational opportunities on these waterways and on the Whitney Point Reservoir, a 1200-acre pool that is used for flood control but is also a great recreational area. Dorchester Park is located at the southeast end of the reservoir and offers picnicking, swimming, shoreline fishing and boat rentals.
